   Welcome to How to Be Preppy! Today I will teach you about the all the different kinds of preppy and how to be a preppy! Preppy is a kind of aesthetic. An aesthetic is a style. Now you're ready to start!

   The Different Kinds of Preppy

   You have probably heard of preppy. One kind of preppy is Southern preppy, which is pink, bows and smiley faces. The original preppy is old school styles like, button down shirts, sweaters, and pearl necklaces. Next is coastal preppy! They wear boat like clothes, navy blue and white stripes, anchors, and ropes. Now, last but not least, is sporty preppy. Their clothing is sporty like, tennis skirts, baseball hats, and tennis shoes.

    How to Be a Southern Preppy

   This is how to be a Southern preppy, which is my kind of preppy! So, there is a lot of different things to being Southern preppy. First, we will start off with the clothing! There are bows, bow shirts, bow pants, bow skirts, anything bows. Next, is smiley faces, this one is very preppy. Last, is pink. It can be bright pink, dark pink but not too dark pink, light pink, and baby pink. For accessories, there are bow necklaces., cute pink bracelets and cute dangly earrings. Next, is skincare. Skincare is really preppy. I like to use is Glow Recipe Toner and Bubble Slam Dunk Moisturizer. Last, is preppy slang words like slay. Slay is a word you say when you like something like, "WOW that's slay!" Or, "WOW that slays!" Next is nor, nor basically means no and yes is yas! Lastly, when someone is cool or being cool you use Baddie or Slay Queen. That's how to be preppy! Bye!

Palm Springs Trip

Thursday 1/8/26    On Thursday we drove to Palm Springs it took us an hour and 30 minutes to get there. when we got there, we stayed at Omni Resort. We stayed on the first floor and had a French door that opened to a patio. The patio had a very nice view of a ditch. the bathroom had a vanity I think you know who claimed it - me! Later we went to the pool, but we thought the pool would be freezing since it was cold out, so we went to go in the hot tub, but I deiced to touch the water to see if it was warm, and it was! So, I just swam in the pool instead.  Friday 1/9/26     On Friday we went to the Living Desert Zoo. When we were there, I fed a Giraffe lettuce. We also saw a rhino, a monkey, goats, a cheetah, a leopard, and more! I think that the San Diego Zoo is better because there are more animals. At first when we got there it was cold and windy but later it got warm. After the zoo I went to my friend's house for a sleepover that just moved to Desert Hot ...

Why I Want to go to Public School

   Today I'm going to tell you why I want to go to public school. There are a lot of reasons why I want to go to public school, and today I will be telling you all of them. First is my mom as a teacher. I like my mom as a teacher sometimes, because it can feel weird when your mom or dad is teaching you. Next, is being at home sometimes can feel like you're stuck at home all day. Although, I do like sleeping in every morning. Another thing is, at home I'm not social enough with friends my own age, and at school is very social. The last reason is I don't like working late and at school you get done at a certain time. There are days that I work until 5:00-5:30 pm. At home I do enjoy a lot of breaks though. On my breaks I play barbies or watch my iPad. Next year I hope to go to Bear River Charter School.
